In addition , programmes and policies were formulated with the following objectives in view : -LRB- 1 -RRB- to ensure adequate supply of wage goods and mass consumption articles at reasonable prices , -LRB- 2 -RRB- to concentrate on the development of industries with large domestic market and export potential , and -LRB- 3 -RRB- to usher in ' sunrise ' industries with high growth potential and relevance to our needs . साथ ही , नीतियां एवं कार्यक्रम की योजना निम्न उद्देश्यों को ध्यान में रखकर किया जायेग- ( 1 ) मजदूरी वस्तुओं तथा सार्वजनिक उपभोक़्ता सामान की उचित दरों पर पर्याप्त आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करना , ( 2 ) विशाल घरेलू बाज़ार तथा निर्यात संभावनाओं वाले उद्योगों के विकास पर केंद्रित करना , तथा ( 3 ) उच्च विकासशील तथा हमारी आवश्यकताओं के अनुकूल उभरते उद्योगों को शुरू करना .
